Meeting action log template

Report template for meetings. The purpose of this template is to provide the responsible group for the meeting with a summary of the work of the meeting group for the year and, in doing so, comply with the committee's Terms of Reference.

Chairman's briefing note for meetings. The purpose of these briefing notes is to provide the chair of a meeting with guidelines for chairing the meeting.

Exception report template to be used for meetings. The purpose of the exception report is to document those instances in which performance deviated from expectations. The intent of the report is to focus management attention on just those areas requiring immediate action.
