Our next Annual Public Meeting is Thursday 17 September between 9.30 am to 11.00 am and will be available both in person at the Knowledge Spa, Royal Cornwall Hospital, and online via Microsoft Teams Live. Join the meeting via this link.
The meeting will present our 2025-26 Annual Report and Accounts, reflect on the last financial year, and provide an opportunity to hear from the Chair, Chief Executive and members of the Board on our achievements, challenges and future ambitions. Following the formal meeting, from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm, we will host a public engagement fair offering a marketplace-style opportunity to speak directly with some of our teams and learn more about a range of important programmes and services. The fair will showcase developments including the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, the eCare programme, our equality, diversity and inclusion networks, and the work of RCHT Charity. There will also be an opportunity to provide feedback and thoughts around the future of the services we provide.
We welcome questions from members of the public on any matter being considered by the Board. Written questions can be submitted to the Company Secretary up to 5pm on the working day prior to the Board meeting (email rcht.corporategovernance@nhs.net).
Any such questions will be read out by the Trust Chair and a written response provided after the meeting – both will be reported in the minutes. Questions can also be submitted during the meeting using the Q & A function on Teams Live. The protocol for public questions is listed on the agenda..
